Pick the fabrication family, fill in a handful of parameters: the agent works out the stair geometry, traces the drawing at 17 × 11, fills in the official title block and files the file for approval.
The monthly invoice, assembled on its own
On the first of the month, the agent spots the contracts billed on progress and asks the project manager for the schedule. Once the percentages are in, the invoice breaks down line by line, reconciles with the contract and waits for approval before going out to QuickBooks.
Supplier invoices, filed without keying anything in
The mailbox is swept every fifteen minutes: the agent tells a payment request from a plain account statement, reads the attached PDF, pulls out the amount, the taxes and the due date, proposes the project and the ledger account, and the expense goes to QuickBooks in one click.

Confirm that the project is both buildable and profitable: a map of your processes, your data and your systems, then a dollar value for each use case.
Deliverable: A costed digital plan and a requirements document, often eligible under stream 1B of the ESSOR program.

Build and rollout
Implement the selected solutions on your local infrastructure: install the server hosted on your premises, configure your AI, and connect it to your environment and everyday tools.

Funding
The ESSOR program can cover up to 50% of the diagnostic and the rollout for an eligible SME. Training your team is eligible under the MFOR program at up to 75%. If tariffs are hitting your sales or your costs, the federal RTRI can fund half of an automation project. We check your eligibility on the very first call.
Frequently asked questions
Can the AI connect to QuickBooks and AutoCAD?
Yes. The agents plug into the tools already in place: QuickBooks, Sage 50 or Acomba for accounting, AutoCAD for shop drawings, Outlook and Excel for correspondence and follow-ups. Your teams do not have to switch software.
Do our prices and quotes stay confidential?
Yes. The server is installed inside the company and the agents read your documents at the moment they answer. No price, no margin and no client plan is ever used to train a model. Nothing leaves the building.
Who approves what the AI prepares?
You do. Estimates wait for the project manager’s approval, drawings are filed pending sign-off, and invoices go out only once you agree. Every action is logged.
Is a construction company eligible for funding?
Fabrication is eligible under ESSOR streams 1B and 1C, which are aimed at SMEs with 250 employees or fewer and revenue of at least $2.5M. Construction is excluded in principle, except for digital solution projects: we confirm this with Investissement Québec before any application is filed. The MFOR program funds team training at up to 75% in both cases.
