From a request received by email, the agent prepares the quote or the sales order with the items, prices and lead times recorded in Acumatica.

With the Construction edition, the agent summarizes a project’s cost status, spots overruns and prepares change orders for approval.

“Which items will drop below their reorder point this month?” The agent queries Acumatica and answers with the quantities, sources included.
Confidentiality
Acumatica can be deployed in the vendor’s cloud, in a private cloud or on your own servers. Whichever you choose, local AI processes your data without handing it to an outside AI service.

Deliverable: A costed digital plan and a requirements document, often eligible under stream 1B of the ESSOR program.

Implement the selected solutions on your local infrastructure: install the server hosted on your premises, configure your AI, and connect it to your environment and everyday tools.

Maintenance and support
Keep the solution fast and compliant: monitoring, model updates and a monthly report.

Funding
Integrating AI into your ERP may qualify for the ESSOR program, which can cover up to 50% of the diagnostic and the rollout for an eligible SME. Training your teams is eligible under the MFOR program at up to 75%. If tariffs are hitting your sales or your costs, the federal RTRI can fund half of an automation project.
Frequently asked questions
Do we have to change ERP to add AI to Acumatica?
No. The agents connect to your current instance through Acumatica’s REST API, whether it is hosted by the vendor or on your premises. Your teams keep their screens, their roles and their habits.
Does the AI push up our Acumatica licence cost?
Acumatica prices by the resources consumed rather than per user, so an agent does not count as an extra seat. Your licence does set limits on API transactions, though: we check them with your Acumatica partner before we start.
Can the AI release documents or pay suppliers?
No. The agent prepares documents on hold and flags variances. Releasing a bill, an order or a payment stays with your employees, according to the roles set in Acumatica.
Does our data stay in Quebec?
Yes. The AI model runs on a server installed on your premises or with a Canadian-owned host in Quebec. What matters is the owner’s jurisdiction: a Montreal data centre owned by a U.S. company is still subject to the CLOUD Act.
Where does the project start?
With a diagnostic: we map your processes in Acumatica, pinpoint the repetitive tasks that take the most time and put numbers on the expected gains. For an eligible SME, that diagnostic can be funded at 50% under ESSOR stream 1B.
