Less data entry, more on-time deliveries

Custom AI agents for carriers, freight brokers and warehouses: dispatch, bills of lading, invoices, proof of delivery and customer updates, on a server that stays in your business.

Let’s talk about your project
  • Billing without delays
  • Customer data protected
  • Connected to your tools

Your rates and customers stay with you

Negotiated rates, customer lists, delivery addresses: this data is your market. Sovereign AI processes it on a server installed on your premises or hosted in your region. It is designed to support your Law 25 obligations for the personal information of your drivers and consignees.

Trust centre

  • On your server

Installed at your office or hosted in Quebec by a Canadian-owned provider. Your rates never go through an outside AI provider.

  • Never trained on your data

The agents read your documents at the moment they answer and cite their sources. No model is retrained on your data.

  • You own it

Open models, documented configuration, no per-user fees. If you leave, everything keeps working.

Use cases

Each agent is set up around your customers, your rates and your tools. It prepares the work. The dispatcher or accounting team checks and approves it.

  • Shipping requests

Requests received by email read and entered: origin, destination, weight, delivery window. The dispatcher receives a trip ready to confirm.

  • Dispatch

The day’s trips grouped by area, each customer’s constraints recalled, an assignment proposed to the dispatcher, who decides.

  • Bills of lading

Bills of lading read, whether scanned or photographed, then matched to the right trip and compared with the order.

  • Proof of delivery

Proofs received filed under the trip, exceptions noted by the consignee flagged before billing.

  • Carrier invoices

Your subcontractors’ invoices compared with the trip and the agreed rate, differences and surcharges flagged before approval.

  • Customer billing

Once the trip is delivered and its proof is in hand, the invoice is prepared with its surcharges and waits for validation before it goes out.

  • Customer updates

Questions about a delivery’s status sorted and answered from your data, with your team’s approval for any sensitive reply.

  • Custom automations

Vehicle maintenance, permit deadlines, monthly reports: the processes specific to your business can be handed to an agent too.

How we work

  1. First step

    Discovery call

Confirm that your need lends itself to a sovereign solution, and set the boundaries of what comes next.

Deliverable: An expert opinion on whether it is worth going further, plus a few recommendations on which implementations to tackle first.

  2. Step 1

    Digital diagnostic and plan

Confirm that the project is both buildable and profitable: a map of your processes, your data and your systems, then a dollar value for each use case.

Deliverable: A costed digital plan and a requirements document, often eligible under stream 1B of the ESSOR program.

    ESSOR 1B (50%)

  3. Step 2

    Build and rollout

Implement the selected solutions on your infrastructure: install the server on your premises or with a Canadian-owned host in Quebec, configure your AI, and connect it to your environment and everyday tools.

Deliverable: A working solution in a controlled environment, technical documentation and test suites.

    ESSOR 1C (50%) MFOR (75%) C3I (15% to 25%) RTRI (50%)

  4. Step 3

    Maintenance and support

Keep the solution fast and compliant: monitoring, model updates and a monthly report.

Deliverable: Uptime maintained, a bank of hours for enhancements, and documented governance.

Funding

The ESSOR program can cover up to 50% of the diagnostic and implementation for an eligible SME. Training your team is eligible under the MFOR program at up to 75%. We check your eligibility on the first call.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Write to us at support@cogio.ai.

Does the AI replace our dispatch software?

No. The agents work between your tools: they read emails, bills of lading and invoices, then prepare the entry in the software you already use, through its API or exports.

Who decides trip assignments?

The dispatcher. The agent groups the trips and proposes an assignment, recalling each customer’s constraints. The decision stays human.

Can the AI read scanned or photographed documents?

Yes. Bills of lading, proofs of delivery and invoices are read even when scanned or photographed. When a field is illegible, the agent flags it instead of guessing.

Do our rates and customer lists stay confidential?

Yes. The server is installed on your premises or with a Canadian-owned host in Quebec. No data is used to train a model and no outside AI provider receives it.

Is a transportation company eligible for funding?

The ESSOR program can cover up to 50% of the diagnostic and implementation for an eligible SME, and training your team is eligible under the MFOR program at up to 75%. We confirm your case before any application is filed.
