Purchase invoices
The PDF that lands in Outlook becomes a draft purchase invoice, matched to the purchase order. The manager checks it and posts it.
AI integration · Business Central
AI agents that prepare the work in Dynamics 365 Business Central and in Outlook: purchase invoices, sales quotes, reminders. The model runs on a server that stays inside the company.
The agents use Business Central’s APIs, online or on-premises, with an account that has restricted permissions. They also work in Outlook and Excel, where your teams already spend their days.

A price request arrives by email: the agent prepares the quote in Business Central with the customer’s items, prices and discounts.
“What is the balance owed by our ten largest customers?” The agent queries Business Central and answers with the amounts and the supporting entries.
Collection reminders drafted in your company’s tone, suggested entry applications for bank reconciliation: everything waits for your approval.
Business Central runs online, on Azure, or on your own servers. Copilot, the built-in assistant, relies on Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI service, and Microsoft is a U.S. company subject to the CLOUD Act. Local AI delivers comparable gains without handing your data to a third party.
The model runs on a server inside the company or with a Canadian-owned host. No ERP data is handed to an outside AI service.
The agent uses a limited permission set. It creates draft documents and never posts anything itself.
Every read and every write by the agent leaves a trace, both in the ERP’s history and in the agent’s own log.
Open models and documented configurations: if you stop working with us, your agents and your ERP keep running.

Training your teams is eligible under the MFOR program at up to 75%. If tariffs are hitting your sales or your costs, the federal RTRI can fund half of an automation project.
Yes. The agents connect directly to Business Central’s APIs, online or on-premises. Copilot remains available if you want it: the two approaches can coexist, depending on how sensitive the data is.
Copilot is included in Business Central and processes your data in Microsoft’s cloud. Local AI runs on a server you control, also knows your documents outside the ERP and adapts to your processes. The right choice depends on how sensitive your data is and on your obligations under Law 25.
No. The agents work with Business Central online as well as with an on-premises installation, through the standard APIs. No migration is needed.
Yes. The AI model runs on a server installed on your premises or with a Canadian-owned host in Quebec. What matters is the owner’s jurisdiction: a Montreal data centre owned by a U.S. company is still subject to the CLOUD Act.
With a diagnostic: we map your processes in Business Central, pinpoint the repetitive tasks that take the most time and put numbers on the expected gains. For an eligible SME, that diagnostic can be funded at 50% under ESSOR stream 1B.
