You receive a written summary with our read of it: move on to an audit or not, with no pressure from us either way.
Confidentiality
What you tell us stays between us. We sign a confidentiality agreement before any documents change hands, and this site sets no advertising trackers.
Before you write to us
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes: 30 to 45 minutes, no charge and no obligation. At a minimum you leave with an honest read on your potential and on the funding programs that fit your situation, whether we end up working together or not.
What should we prepare before the call?
Nothing is required. Three things help if you have them handy: the task that eats the most time, a rough idea of where your documents live (server, cloud, paper), and the size of your team. We work out the rest together.
How quickly will we hear back?
We answer emails within two business days. After the call you receive a written summary with our recommendation, including when that recommendation is not to start a project at all.
Do you work with companies outside the major centres?
Yes, anywhere in Quebec. The first call is by video; on-site work is planned according to the engagement.
