Frequently asked questions

Another question? Write to us at support@cogio.ai.

Is the ERP really free?

The licence is. You pay no licence and no per-user fees, whether you have 5 or 200 employees. Services are billed separately: installation, automations, hosting and maintenance.

What’s the catch?

There isn’t one. The ERP is ours and we’ve chosen not to charge for licences. We earn our living from automations, hosting and maintenance. If you only want the ERP, without automation, we install it for a flat fee.

Who built this ERP?

Cogio did. We designed it so that AI agents can do the data entry: every action is available to them, with limited permissions and a record of everything they do, just like an employee.

Is payroll included?

No. Payroll stays in your current payroll software, which already applies Quebec’s rules. Its entries are posted to the ERP’s accounting.

We already have an ERP. Is this for us?

Yes. Our agents also connect to the ERP you already use. You keep your system and get the same automations.

Can our accountant work in it?

Yes. Your accountant gets access from the setup stage and validates the chart of accounts, taxes and financial statements with us.

Are updates included?

Yes, with hosting and maintenance: backups, security patches and upgrades to new versions.

What happens if we stop working with you?

Your data stays with you and can be exported at any time in common formats, such as Excel. You leave with your full history.

Your ERP shouldn’t add tasks to your list. Ours takes them off
