No. The agents prepare administrative and clinical documents that the professional reviews and signs. They make no diagnosis and never replace clinical judgment.
Do our patients’ records leave the clinic?
No. The server is installed on your premises or with a Canadian-owned host in Quebec. The agents read the records at the moment they answer, and no information is ever used to train a model.
Can the AI connect to our electronic medical record?
That depends on the software and its integration options. We look at your system on the very first call. When direct integration is not possible, the agents work from exported documents and email.
