Law firms
Custom AI agents that take on your legal and administrative work, on a server that stays inside the firm.
Each agent is tuned to your templates, your area of practice and your tools. It prepares the work, and the lawyer reviews and signs it.
Ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from your files, your opinions and the legislation you add, with a reference to the source document.
Key clauses are flagged, departures from your templates are highlighted, and a summary is prepared for the lawyer’s review.
Engagement letters, demand letters and contracts drafted from your templates and the details in the file, ready for your review.
Client replies, follow-ups and meeting notices written in the firm’s voice from the file history, then submitted for your approval.
Transcription, summary, decisions and follow-ups recorded in the file, with deadlines added to the calendar.
Disbursement entry, expense tracking, bank reconciliation and fee statements prepared from timesheets.
Exhibits, correspondence and versions filed in the right matter as soon as they arrive, then found again with a simple question.
Matter intake, conflict checks, deadline reminders: the processes unique to your firm can be handed to an agent too.
Professional secrecy is protected by section 9 of the Quebec Charter of human rights and freedoms. Local AI takes that into account by design: your clients’ files are processed on a server installed at the firm.
The server and the model stay in your hands. No client information passes through an outside service.
Privacy impact assessment, access logs and hosting in Quebec: the solution is designed to support your obligations.
Your data, your access rules by matter and by team. No file is ever used to train a model.
A local team installs the solution, trains your staff and stays reachable after go-live.

Professional secrecy forbids disclosing information entrusted by a client to third parties. Local AI processes files on a server installed at the firm, with no transfer to an outside AI provider. The lawyer remains responsible for how it is used and reviews every document before it leaves the firm.
It prepares, the lawyer decides. The agents find the information, propose a first draft and cite their sources. Analysis, advice and signature remain the lawyer’s job, as their ethical obligations require.
Never. The agents read your documents at the moment they answer and cite their sources. No model is retrained on the firm’s files, and nothing leaves your server.
ESSOR streams 1B and 1C are aimed at SMEs with 250 employees or fewer and revenue of at least $2.5M. They cover up to 50% of eligible expenditures, and applications can be filed until March 31, 2027. The MFOR program is open to all private employers and funds team training at up to 75%.
